It is a relaxing treatment with powerful results. This is a 45-minute session.
Essential oils are beneficial for many aspects of healthy living.* We add essential oils to many of our services to enhance the body’s own healing through calming, balancing and rejuvenating scents. Using just light and sound BrainTap™ is an all natural and highly effective shortcut to deep relaxation, stress reduction and accelerated healing. Before long, you will begin to feel more relaxed, which can lead to healthier sleeping habits, more energy, greater resilience to handle stress, and a better quality of life. This is a 30-minute session.

Heart Rate Variability
This is the gold standard to analyze brain function and to document if your brain and nervous system is managing your stress well or if your stress is managing you. It tells us if you are currently on a sickness and disease tract or a healing and vitality track. This is important non-invasive test helps us best serve you and directs us to what activities are healing or hurting you. HRV can be done one time, but is most effective when done pre- and post-BrainTap to truly measure change. Individually, this is a 15-minute session; done in conjunction with BrainTap, this is a 45-minute session.
